This remarkable project showcases our expertise in seamlessly integrating residential and commercial spaces within the same building, delivering a harmonious and innovative environment that caters to both work and living.

Commercial Brilliance: In the commercial section, we've meticulously crafted an office space that exudes professionalism and tranquility. Key highlights include a prayer room, a spacious main cabin, a collaborative staff working area, and a comfortable client waiting lounge. Designed with a contemporary flair, the office boasts captivating contrasts, featuring wooden flooring that complements the striking black and white ceiling. Glass partitions elegantly separate the main cabin and prayer room, while a semi-open partition concept, expertly crafted with fabrication and wooden boxes, adds both privacy and visual appeal. The main cabin, with its duco finish table and storage units, is crowned by a wooden batten ceiling, lending a touch of sophistication and warmth.

Residential Charm: The residential portion of the project showcases a luxurious duplex home, thoughtfully designed for comfort and aesthetics. Spread across three bedrooms, a living area, and a drawing space, the residence is a true embodiment of contemporary living. The grand entrance captures attention with a majestic wooden ceiling adorned with charcoal panels. A clever interplay of beam panels and fabrication partitions seamlessly divides the living and dining areas, ensuring functionality without compromising on style. The dining experience is elevated with a quartz-topped table for six, perfectly complementing the L-shaped sofa that has been handcrafted to fit the living space.

Unveiling the Details: Our design team paid meticulous attention to detail, with features like a U-shaped modular kitchen that boasts a breakfast counter and G-section handles. Teak wood main doors offer an elegant entrance, while the double-height ceiling adorned with circles and wooden battens creates a sense of grandeur. Granite framing for windows and doors, coupled with custom roller blinds tailored to each space's distinct interior context, exemplify our commitment to design excellence. The common areas are adorned with beige tile flooring, while the double-height wall near the staircase is adorned with an exquisite Asian Paints texture, adding depth and dimension.
